Client Profile

Our client is a recently privatized state-owned enterprise, and they are planning to implement a human resource transformation project to enhance employee performance and professionalism. The objective of this projects are to help client achieve a more efficient and effective workforce that can drive sustainable growth and success.

Our Approach and Deliverables

We were working closely with the client's management team to review their current human resource practices, including organizational structure, compensation and benefits, job performance evaluation process, and talent management strategies. Based on our findings, we will provide recommendations for improvement and develop a comprehensive human resource transformation plan that aligns with the client's business objectives and values.

  • Review and re-structure organizational

  • Created new job band, job level and salary range. Salary benchmarking with the market by level and propose detailed remuneration package for 5 keys positions

  • Redesigned of the job performance evaluation process, and the establishment of KPIs for 5 key positions.

  • Developed a competency framework including both behavioral and technical competencies and conducted competency assessments for the 5 key positions

  • Support client to reply their concerns and basic advice 3 months after completing the project

Client Profile

Our client is a Tech start-up company. The objective of this project was designed the total package (as they are new and just enter to the market) to attract talents, they request us to create the job band and job grade, then build the salary range, compensation and benefits and bonus scheme to ensure its motivate the high performance employees.

Our Deliverables

We interviewed the CEO to understand the company's position expectation in the market and review the current remuneration practices, developing and agreeing a new reward strategy. This also involved development of a new benefit and bonus scheme with focus on rewarding and attracting talents.

The main objective of this project is to assist the client in efficiently and effectively assessing talent through the implementation of the new competency framework.

We have been working closely with the client's management team to gain a deep understanding of their mission, vision, and core values. Through interviews and workshops, we have collaborated with the management team to define the behavioral competencies and review the technical competencies required for the organization.

Our clients are B2B, Tech and real estate company that has outsourced its payroll services. They need to streamline their payroll processes and ensure accurate and efficient management of employee compensation. The main objective of these project is to assist the client in achieving a more efficient and effective payroll management system through outsourcing.

 

Our Approach and Deliverables

We have been working closely with the client's HR team to understand their payroll requirements, processes, and challenges. Through in-depth discussions and analysis, we have developed a tailored approach with the best practice in the market and to meet their needs. We assess and calculate the client's payroll, including employee data management, salary calculation and deductions, reply employee's payroll concerns and report SHUI and PIT for the authorities to ensure its compliance with labor laws. By following this approach, we aim to support our client in achieving a more efficient and accurate payroll management system through outsourcing. This will result in reduced administrative burden, improved compliance, and enhanced employee satisfaction.
